Support for Recovery, Circulation & Movement Longevity
At Core Condition, we recognise that moving well isn’t just about what happens during your session — it’s also about how your body recovers between sessions.
Compression therapy has been introduced into the studio as a support tool to assist circulation, reduce feelings of heaviness in the legs, and support overall tissue health.
Using specialised compression pants, gentle rhythmic pressure is applied to the lower body. This encourages venous and lymphatic return — helping the body move fluid more efficiently and supporting recovery.
Who It May Benefit
Compression therapy is not just for athletes. It may be suitable for clients who:
- Experience heavy or tired legs
- Fatigued shoulders or arms
- Spend long periods standing or sitting
- Notice mild swelling or fluid retention
- Want improved recovery between sessions
- Are focused on maintaining mobility and ageing well
- Feel slower to recover than they once did
- Clients often report feeling lighter, less restricted, and more ready to move following a session.

Our Approach
As with all services at Core Condition, compression therapy is:
- Screened before use
- Individually tailored
- Applied conservatively
It should feel comfortable and easing — never intense or uncomfortable.
This is not a one-size-fits-all service, and it is not suitable for everyone.
If you have a history of blood clots, vascular conditions, heart conditions, significant circulation changes, infection in the legs, or recent surgery, we recommend seeking medical clearance prior to use.
